Mechanical and quartz timepieces handled by a technician who works on one watch at a time, without shortcuts or rushed timelines.
Detailed Documentation
A written service note accompanies every watch that leaves the bench. Collector programme clients receive a digital history file with photographs.
Owner-Led Decisions
Restoration scope is agreed in advance. We present an itemised plan and the final decision on what work proceeds always rests with you.

Common Questions
What People Often Ask
What types of watches do you service?
We work on mechanical and automatic timepieces of most makes, as well as quartz movements that require cleaning or regulation. Vintage watches and sentimental pieces in need of careful handling are particularly welcome. We'll let you know at the assessment stage if a watch requires specialist parts we cannot source locally.
How do I get my watch to you?
The simplest approach is to bring your watch directly to the workshop at 128/14 Sukhumvit Road during our opening hours. If you prefer to arrange a drop-off or need to send a watch from outside Bangkok, please contact us first so we can advise on secure packaging and logistics.
How long does a mechanical service take?
A standard bench service for a mechanical or automatic movement typically takes one to two weeks. Restoration projects vary depending on scope and are discussed and agreed before work begins. We will contact you if anything found during disassembly changes the expected timeline.
Will the restoration change the original character of my vintage watch?
We discuss this carefully with every restoration client. Many vintage watch owners prefer to preserve patina and original surfaces rather than bring the case to a high polish. We present the full range of options and carry out only what you have approved in the itemised plan.
What is included in the Collector Care Programme?
The programme covers scheduled servicing, gentle cleaning, water-resistance checks where the watch supports them, and a maintained digital record of every service with photographs. It suits owners of several watches or a single cherished piece who want consistent, documented upkeep over time. We tailor the schedule to your collection at the initial consultation.
How are service prices determined?
Our listed prices reflect the standard scope for each service. The movement servicing fee is ฿3,400 and covers disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, reassembly and a timing check. Restoration pricing begins at ฿14,500 and the final figure depends on the agreed scope of cosmetic work. The Collector Care Programme is ฿32,000 and covers ongoing maintenance for a defined period discussed at consultation.
