How Every Service Begins
Enquiry & Assessment
You describe your watch and what you'd like addressed. We respond within one business day with questions and, where appropriate, an initial assessment of likely scope and cost.
Condition Note & Agreement
Once the watch is with us, a written condition note is prepared. For restoration projects, an itemised plan is agreed before any work proceeds. No surprises.
Bench Work & Return
The agreed work is carried out, verified as appropriate (timing check, water-resistance test where applicable), and the watch is returned with documentation.
Service 01
Mechanical Movement Servicing
A careful bench service for mechanical and quartz timepieces, including full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication and reassembly by an experienced bench technician. Suited to owners who want their watch running smoothly and keeping good time again. Includes a written condition note describing what was found and what was done, plus a timing check before the watch is returned.

Restoration & Cosmetic Refinishing
A considered restoration for cases, dials and bracelets that have seen years of wear. Work can include case polishing, crystal replacement, dial cleaning where appropriate, and strap or bracelet refurbishment. Ideal for sentimental pieces and vintage watches that owners wish to enjoy daily again. Each project begins with a discussion and a clear, itemised plan so the owner decides exactly how far the work should go.

Protocols Followed on Every Job
Secure Handling
Each watch in our care is stored individually and handled only by the assigned technician. Client information is kept with discretion.
Timing Verification
All serviced mechanical movements are checked on a timing machine in multiple positions before return. Results are documented.
Written Documentation
A written record accompanies every completed service. No verbal summaries: you have a document describing what was found and what was done.
Pre-Approved Scope
Work beyond the initial assessment is only carried out after the owner gives approval. We pause and consult if anything unexpected is found during disassembly.
Water-Resistance Testing
Where a watch is designed for water resistance, a pressure test is offered as part of service completion to verify gaskets and seals after reassembly.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Movement components are cleaned in an ultrasonic bath to remove old lubricant residue and particulate matter before reassembly with fresh lubricants.
